Theses pants are interesting, not quite what I was expecting, however. I think they run a little large, but they're intended to be loose-fitting, so I didn't find that a major issue. They're also short, but so am I, so all to the good on that one. They're mostly nylon, very comfortable, and thus washable. Although, I wouldn't use a hot dryer. The picture on the product page is pretty much representative regarding how they look on. Honestly, my biggest issue is the price. I like the pants, enjoy wearing them, but value for dollar spent is probably not there.These pants are ridiculously comfortable! The material feels similar to silk, very light, thin, and flowy, and delectably smooth. They have a functional drawstring and pockets deep enough to hold a smartphone (the one back pocket is just decorative). They are NOT flattering to my apple-shaped body. For size reference, I am 5 foot 7, weigh 165 pounds, have a short torso with a flat derriere and big stomach, and wear a US women's size 10 (medium leggings and pants at Old Navy and H&M). I ordered these pants in a medium (see my pics), and I am happy I went with the medium over the large, as I feel the large would have made me look wider.Despite the fact that I find these pants unflattering, they will be my go-to travel pants for long flights and car trips, as they are THAT comfortable, and pack down to nothing. I would definitely order them again.These Commuter Pants, along with a few other pieces, is my first experience with the ALALA brand. I'm a very active person and am always on the lookout for new activewear brands.Firstly, I appreciate that these pants are made in USA. I go out of my way to support companies who choose to manufacture domestically. Although they do not have a commitment to manufacturing all of their products in the United States as they state on their website: "We manufacture most of our products in North America, with select styles made around the world."These pants are made of 90% polyester and 10% spandex. They have a very nice lightweight feel and drape.I really like that these pants are truly high-rise with a nice thick waistband and functional drawstring. The legs are slightly tapered. These pants have two side slit pockets and one on the back right side.For reference, I am 5'5" tall 110 lbs with a straight body type and long limbs with a short torso. I typically wear a size 0 or XS. After glancing at the size chart on the ALALA website, I confidently ordered these pants in my usual "X-Small". These pants fit me true-to-size with a slight over-sized fit. They look on me like they do on the model, so they are well represented in the description photos.I only wear leggings for working out so I wear these pants for hiking and casual wear. They are so comfortable and flattering! The lightweight material also makes these great for travel, they would be perfect for a long flight.I'm really happy with these Commuter Pants , as well as the other pieces I have tried from ALALA - highly recommend!These pants are lovely: they feel so soft, look nice, and are so great for lounging about. This is a luxury brand that actually seems to deliver. I am very pleased with these and highly recommend.These pants are perfect for those casual days when you want the comfort of sweats but need to look a little more polished. This is made of that light weight fabric that feels so soft against your skin. It's perfect for when you are out for long walks and then want to stop for brunch along the way! The fit is excellent. I got my usual size and it was perfect. The length is good on my long legs. These have quickly become my fav pants for casual days!For the price, I thought the pants would be great quality, but it's typical fast-fashion quality. They're really thin and the fit around the hip area is too baggy. Would look at other more reasonably-priced options..These pants are so light, comfortable and versatile. I ordered a Medium which is typical for me, I’m 5’5 28 jeans 40” hips, and these fit me very well. The waist is a bit loose but the drawstring solves that :)I love that these are so casual and comfortable but could definitely be worn to work with some flats and a nicer top- they remind me of my fave Lulu pants the on the move in how comfy and versatile they are but these are way thinner more breathable fabric which is perfect for a Texas summer and fall. These feel and look high quality and overall I really love them!These run a little on the small side, pilled after just one wash (yes, I followed instructions) and attract every bit of lint, pet hair, and dust that's within 10 feet of them.At this price point, I would have liked to see better quality material. Oh, and did I mention they are see-through? Yeah. More see-through than a cheap pair of leggings. I was SO embarrassed when I realized this while wearing them out on a trip and my friend pulled me aside to caution me not to bend or squat while wearing them.Great pajama pants though!
